This original painting came to me sitting criss cross on the ground by candlelight my face 10 inches from a canvas I was simply roughing in wet on wet paint and I do not paint faces, those that know my work have heard me say “I don’t do eyeballs”. Once I stood back I saw Him and He spoke
Simply a vessel I was His message delivered through my fingers on that night. “Beautifully broken”
It is finished. Thank you Jesus for appearing on my canvas. Thank you for reminding me that you are here in the darkest moments and your promise of brighter days to come. Thank you for giving me a supernatural healing of art as therapy for my troubled soul. You are beautiful and powerful even broken and beaten, persecuted and challenge without you I am a lost sheep.
